A 600,000 SF addition to an existing luxury convention hotel.  The project includes 828 new guest rooms surrounding a large open area known as the “Cascades”.  The area contains a large restaurant, open kitchen, rotating lounge, walkways, bridges, waterfalls, ponds and lush landscaping.  The centerpiece of the area is the unique “Dancing Waters” display which combines dancing jets of water coordinated with live music and enhanced by sparkling multi-colored laser beams shining down from a special enclosure high above the level of the water.  The entire area is enclosed overhead by a 60,000 SF glass skylight.
