PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The Preserve at Hardin Valley Apartments
Phases I & II
The Preserve at Hardin Valley was a 2-phased, 296 unit apartment development located on 17 acres in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Phase I consisted of seven, three-story apartment buildings totaling 136 units along with a single-story clubhouse/leasing office, and mail kiosk comprising 139,407 SF.
Phase II consisted of five detached garages, one maintenance building with car wash, four, three-four splits and two, three-storied apartment building with 160 units and totaling 169,000 SF.
The fully gated complex also includes a swimming pool with an outdoor kitchen area, and lush landscaping. The sitework on this project was extensive. The removal of a hillside was the first priority so that materials could then be used to create two raised building pads on the opposite side of the site.
The buildings’ structures are wood framed with wood truss and architectural shingled roofs.
The exterior façade is a combination of fiber cement siding, synthetic stone, and western cedar.
The interior finishes of the apartment buildings include drywall partitions, vinyl plank flooring throughout living spaces with carpet in the bedrooms, along with granite and cultured stone countertops.
The clubhouse/leasing office’s interior finishes include granite countertops, ceramic tile, wood plank flooring and carpet.
