A 560,000 SF, 8-story office building serving as the North American headquarters for Willis Corroon, a major international insurance company. Principal features include a 7-story high glass Atrium lobby, a soaring Colonnade area with fountains, a complete Conference Center seating 150, large kitchen and dining areas, extensive computer area and office space for over 1,000. The top floor Executive Offices area is richly finished with fine carpeting and a variety of exotic wood flooring and wall paneling. The Atrium and Colonnade areas are finished with a variety of carefully matched granite and marble flooring and wall trim.  

Office interiors are finished in vinyl wall covering with 400,000 SF equipped with carpeted raised access flooring and movable partitions to provide for unlimited future re-arrangement as needed. Basic construction is monolithic concrete columns, beams and post tensioned floor slabs. Exteriors are finished with architectural precast wall panels and blue tinted glass / aluminum curtain wall. Below the office floors are four levels of parking which accommodate 1,400 automobiles.
