The Joe C. Davis YMCA Outdoor Center is built on 320 acres of land with 4 miles of shore line on J. Percy Priest Lake. Located at the heart of the camp is the 8,000 SF Clark Baker Lodge which can accommodate dining space for up to 255 guests. The lodge contains a large, open meeting room, two conference rooms, kitchen, laundry, offices and restrooms. Construction consists of wood framing with exposed wood roof trusses and exposed heavy timber roof decking with standing seam metal roofing. Interior walls are finished with painted gypsum board and stained western red cedar wainscot and trim. Flooring is natural hardwood strip. The meeting room features a large, floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace and large expanses of gray-tinted insulating glass. Exterior walls are finished in rustic cement-board siding and trim.

Also included in the project was a separate dormitory building which contains six single occupant sleeping rooms.
