PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Trinity Episcopal Church
Restoration and renovation of a 126 year old downtown church severely damaged by a tornado. The gothic revival styled, limestone church is listed on the National Register of Historic places. It contains seventeen stained glass windows including five Tiffany windows. Each was completely rebuilt using shards and pieces of the original.
Renovation of the roof was extremely challenging due to its height and steep slope. Four hammer head beam trusses with custom fretwork and a decorative ceiling system highlight the church’s interior. Period authenticity was enhanced by careful duplication of limestone, plaster, millwork, trim, copper and other custom finishes.
