PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Renasant Bank Tenant Improvements
To accommodate Renasant Bank's future growth at their Green Hills branch, Hardaway was called on to renovate approximately 2,000 SF of office space occupied by a former tenant. After hour work, phased construction and a demising wall were utilized to minimize any disruption to banking operations while transforming the existing spaces.
The first phase of construction began with the demolition of existing walls, floors and ceilings to convert the space to three new offices, a conference room and storage space. The newly transformed spaces received new paint, acoustical ceilings, casework, carpeting and wood base. Once the new offices were complete, the bank's employees were able to move into the new space, allowing Hardaway to start the second phase of the project.
In phase two of the project, demolition of the demising wall took place and construction work started on the cubicles and open area space, along with upgrades to the men's and women's restrooms, which included reworking of the piping and adding new fixtures. This work was accomplished after regular bank hours due to the noise, and the need to temporarily disconnect water and electric service.
New LED light fixtures were added throughout the space along with a fresh coat of paint applied to the walls of the existing 2,700 SF of space to further tie all renovated spaces together.
