Tennessee Baptist Convention Office HQ Moves Forward With Land Purchase
October 26, 2015
FRANKLIN, TN – The executive board of the Tennessee Baptist Convention moved forward with their purchase of 2.3 acres in the Berry Farms development. This land purchase will make way for Hardaway to begin construction on their new 32,000 SF church support center in March 2016 with completion scheduled for spring of 2017. This new space once constructed will house approximately 60 of the 100 TBC employees. The TBC organization serves as a network of nearly 3,000 Baptist churches statewide and they have other facilities and staff employees throughout the State to support various ministries and services such as a Baptist Collegiate Ministries on college campuses statewide, a children’s home, camps and conference centers.
This is the fourth project in which TBC has engaged Hardaway for providing construction services. Other team members associated with the project include development manager, Southeast Venture and architect, Smith Gee Studio.
