Hardaway Welcomes New Team Members

Hardaway Construction Corp. is pleased to announce the hiring of Dustin Minor and Russell “Rusty” Jackson.
Relocating from the Indianapolis, IN area, Dustin Minor, LEED AP joins Hardaway as Project Manager providing both construction and information technology experience. Dustin is a graduate of Purdue University earning a BS in Building Construction Management and most recently a BS in Information Technology. He has nearly fifteen years of project management, estimating and scheduling experience from a variety of building project types such as: healthcare, research laboratories, industrial, education, retail and residential. Dustin has also performed construction technology consulting in addition to co-developing mobile and web applications to streamline and manage repetitive tasks and activities involved in building projects. Dustin has been hired as the project manager for the 328-unit Riverwatch Apartment development in Murfreesboro, TN scheduled to begin in September.
Russell "Rusty" Jackson, a Tennessee native joins Hardaway as Superintendent after working over twenty years with a national construction firm traveling across the U.S. and Mexico. Rusty brings with him the experience of supervising field operations on many large, automotive related industrial projects in addition to federal government projects developed by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Rusty most recently supervised the construction field operations for a large tire plant for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Mexico. He has been hired as Superintendent for The Wabash, a mixed-use development in East Nashville which is currently under construction.
