After 40 remarkable years of dedicated service, Sharon Hackett, our beloved office manager, is retiring from Hardaway Construction. Since joining Hardaway in 1984, Sharon has been essential to our success, helping us reach countless milestones and shaping the culture and values that define who we are today. We cannot express enough gratitude for her endless contributions to Hardaway.

To honor Sharon’s extraordinary career, we recently surprised her with a retirement party to celebrate her legacy and impact on our team. As a heartfelt tribute, we proudly unveiled the new name of our office café: Sharon’s Place. This space will now serve as a daily reminder of Sharon’s kindness, dedication and positive energy she brought to the office.
