Queens Mixed-Use Development is a three building, 220 unit, 316,838 SF, mixed use facility. Building 1 includes residential units, amenity spaces, leasing office, public work rooms, individual offices, and commercial restaurant with rooftop bar.  Building 2 includes residential units and an amenity deck.  Building 3 is a wrap around 5-story precast parking garage and includes residential units, large public pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen, public courtyards, fitness lounge, yoga studio, rehearsal studio, lounge, and dog spa.  The project also includes public land and utility improvements and is scheduled to take 21 months to complete.
