BOSCOBEL I AND II

Boscobel I and II are a part of the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency’s (MDHA) ongoing effort to revitalize Cayce Place in East Nashville and one of the first to be constructed under the Envision Cayce Master Plan. Boscobel I houses 96 units with a total area of 124,158 SF. Each of its three buildings include a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, an elevator, and a landscaped courtyard. Boscobel II features two apartment buildings (88 units total) and three town house buildings (13 units total), with a contemporary, modern façade to match that of the Boscobel I complex.
