This project included the demolition of Goodlettsville’s existing 89,487-SF middle school, which was replaced with a new, three-story, 131,150-SF school that serves 800 students. The site also includes a football field along with utility services, paved vehicle circulation, concrete sidewalks, and landscaping. The project received a Silver LEED™ certification.
