This seven-story, 174,110-SF hotel includes 192 guest rooms built above an 89,033-SF, 169-space parking garage on Nashville’s high-traffic West End Avenue. The site required extensive blasting to remove rock in preparation for the two-level, below-grade parking garage. The project also includes 2,941 SF of shell space for a future retail or restaurant tenant.
