Park Point East is a 203-unit multifamily development helping shape the ongoing transformation of Cayce Place in East Nashville. The project brings together 24 townhomes and two apartment buildings, with community and fitness spaces incorporated throughout. Of the 203 residences, 115 are reserved for current Cayce Place residents. Thoughtful details, including granite countertops, tile backsplashes and private patios or balconies, complement the development’s larger community-focused design. Park Point East marks Hardaway’s fourth project within the Cayce Place transformation, continuing our partnership with the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency to deliver quality housing and lasting value to the East Nashville community.
