Park24 is a mixed-use development off of Dickerson Pike that emphasizes both affordability and sustainability in the Nashville community. The project will feature 140 high-quality affordable housing units along with 2,500 SF of retail space, multiple green spaces and classic amenity areas. In addition, the site will feature an Empowerment Center run by the Urban League of Middle Tennessee, offering essential workforce training and resident services.
