The Sims | Funk law office project was an 8,000 SF demo & build-out of a previous office space on the 11th floor of the Two American Center Tower in Nashville, TN. The Hardaway team first completed the demo of existing soffits, walls and ceilings. We were able to reuse salvaged storefronts and doors in the new offices and conference rooms. To accommodate the Sims | Funk staff, 4 offices, 3 conference rooms and a reception room were added to the floor’s layout. The new office now has 22 offices, 5 conference rooms, a breakroom with new cabinets, countertops and flooring, and an open workspace with a breathtaking view of Nashville.
