This renovation project involved the major repurposing of an existing dorm facility to accommodate office and administrative activities for Cumberland University. To adapt this facility for its new function, Hardaway significantly renovated 14,268 SF and added a two-story, 3,272-SF addition. The new building comprises interview, study, seminar, and tutor rooms, along with offices and a large study lounge on the first floor.
