Hardaway Construction was awarded the new Gardner Hills Elementary School through the Best Value Procurement method, which evaluates prime contractor experience, past performance, and management along with price and pro forma information. The school serves students in Pre-K through 5th grade on the Ft. Campbell Army base. This 88,500-SF educational facility accommodates 600 students and features advanced communications systems to support technology program requirements.
