Hardaway Construction led the tenant improvement of its new office in 2023. The renovation of the 15,500 SF space started with a complete demolition and re-route of MPE. There was a lot of thought put into the design and functionality of the space to ensure that everyone who uses it benefits from it - Employees, clients and colleagues included. The office features numerous conference rooms, a wellness room, a large training room, multiple break spaces and more. The new Hardaway office was finished early and under budget!
