This new, five-story hotel features 111 guest rooms with meeting rooms, buffet restaurant, and bar. Additional amenities include an indoor pool and spa, exercise room, and business center. The construction consists of load bearing masonry walls and hollow-core precast concrete planks, with a standing seam metal roof supported by wood trusses and plywood. The exterior skin is EIFS and interior finishes include gypsum board walls and ceilings covered with paint and vinyl wall covering.
