Hardaway constructed this 267,000-SF, four-story main library building consisting of monolithic concrete columns with 11.5-inch thick flat floor slabs to allow for maximum flexibility of utility routing. The library features large, blue-tinted glass panels and brick architectural precast cornices and trim form facades in all four directions. The building is designed with a high degree of state-of-the-art technology and flexibility for varying needs far into the future.
